FAQ (Postponement of SpaceOps2020)
All paid registered attendees will have their registration automatically updated to SpaceOps 2021 (3 -7 May 2021, Cape Town International Convention Centre). Should you not wish or not be able to attend on the revised dates, refunds will be available up until the registration for the 2021 conference open
If you are unable to join us for SpaceOps 2021 and need a refund, please contact Jane Gilliland at email@example.com.
Due to the mandated lockdown issued by the President of South Africa related to COVID-19, please note we are currently working on skeleton staff with delayed responses. All refunds will be reviewed and processed after the proposed lock down ends on 16th April 2020
No, nothing. We have retained your registration in our system and will send you regular updates on how the conference is progressing.
All accommodation, tour, and transfer booking will automatically be carried over for the 2021 conference. As per the term and conditions, no refund will be done however, we will gladly assist all delegate in doing a name change close to the event. Should you need and further information on your accommodation, tour, and transfers please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately, SpaceOps 2020 is unable to provide reimbursement for airfare. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund or credit options due to coronavirus. Please contact your airline directly to review your options.
